Return Policy

All sales of the MicroPLB™ are final three (3) days after receipt, and in any event there will be a 20% re-stocking charge for all returned merchandise.  All shipping charges, insurance, and shipping liability are the responsibility of the buyer, and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained from Wireless Concepts Inc. prior to all return shipments. The merchandise, along with the RMA number and a note explaining why the merchandise is being returned, must be packaged in its original, undamaged, packaging and shipped prepaid to the address provided with the RMA number.
